The phdrram Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phdrram does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phdrram's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
phdrram reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phdrram reasonably determines that:
You may close your phdrram account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat in your account dashboard. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Dormant Accounts: If your phdrram account has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. phdrram may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section. phdrram will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fee is applied.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phdrram Platform, you agree to first contact phdrram's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phdrram will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phdrram with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
